CAREGIVERSPRO-MMD was there at the “Celebrating Older People Week”, held from 25th September to 1st October 2017 at Hull, UK. During the “Celebrating Older People Week” lot of events were run by local organisations across a number of locations in Hull.
UHULL team participated in the annual celebration of the Older People’s Partnership Hull & East Riding (OPP-HER), which took place on 27th and 28th September at the Royal Britannia Hotel. The project partners distributed flyers promoting the project activities and the upcoming pilot.
