Through established partnerships with providers and social and health public organisation, MobilesDynamics delivers innovative disease monitoring solutions MobilesDynamics has developed the platform CAREGIVERSPRO in Spain and in France (the Spanish version is CUIDADORESPRO and the French version is AIDANTSPRO) CAREGIVERSPRO is a user-driven digital platform for a dementia caregiving support service at the point of care; that will measure clinical indicators of caregiver burnout, recommend individualised interventions, and reduce the burden of dementia care.
MobilesDynamics is a technology provider SME that will provide the experience on the technological base of CAREGIVERSPRO-MMD platform and the expertise developing technologies for the elderly based on Social Network Services.
