CAREGIVERSPRO-MMD project was presented in the 10th Panhellenic Conference on Alzheimer’s Disease (PICAD) and the 2nd Mediterranean Conference on Neurodegenerative Diseases (MeCoND) that were co-held on 2-5 February 2017 in Thessaloniki, Greece.
Healthcare and social professionals, researchers and members of general public attended the event, which included presentations of dementia research projects, as well as informative presentations about living with dementia.
