CAREGIVERSPRO-MMD participated in the 26th Alzheimer Europe Conference, held on 31/10-2/11/16 in Copenhagen, Denmark, as well as in the INTERDEM Annual Meeting organized in its framework.
In the general context of the conference’s activities, UHULL team introduced CAREGIVERSPRO-MMD project with the presentation “CAREGIVERSPRO-MMD: A European platform to support people living with dementia and their caregivers”, as well as with three poster presentations concerning the design and usability study of the CAREGIVERSPRO-MMD platform, the effectiveness of web-based interventions on dementia caregivers, and the effects of technology-based interventions on people with dementia. The conference was attended by around 800 researchers and general public, i.e. people with dementia or with an interest in dementia.
The INTERDEM meeting took place on the October 31st in the conference venue, including speeches of INTERDEM members. In this framework, UHULL team presented CAREGIVERSPRO-MMD with two presentations attended by 80 INTERDEM and INTERDEM Academy members working in the field of dementia.
